In meteorology, the degree of physical quantity of air is called the temperature of air, referred to as the temperature. The International standard unit of measure of temperature is the Celsius. What public weather forecast said about temperatures, is measured by the thermometer in shutter box of 1.5m high planted with grass in the observation of ground scene. The thermometer has good representation because it maintain good ventilation and avoid direct sunlight. In the small good environmental such as the heat of summer afternoon, the busy cement pavement, the empty block balcony, the temperature is much higher than shutter box and this is the reason why some people feel that the actual temperature is always different from meteorological station temperature.
